The chassis layout uses box iron instead of angle iron for increased strength, reducing flex and movement which can cause fatigue in the steel and weaken the structure. Spring hangers connected to the box iron ensure stability while turning the trailer with a full livestock load.  Folded aluminium sides and welded rump rail provide extra strength at a critical trailer point. Sturdy rear posts and robost aluminium loading gates enhance longevity, with integrated LED lighting positioned to avoid damage.
